		<description>It&#039;s REALLY important when talking about bruises to discuss Mongolian Spots. Most white people - and many people of color - don&#039;t know about them, and it&#039;s VERY easy to think they are bruises from abuse, since they fall into the &quot;bruises between the neck and bottom&quot; range.  They look exactly like bruises and they are most common among children of color.
